The Institute of Molecular Science (ICMol) will participate on January 29 and 30, 2025, in Science for Industry 2025, an event promoting a knowledge-based economic model as a driver of progress. At the SOMMa Alliance space, ICMol, together with its research groups Mupomat and FUNIMAT, will present two innovative prototypes that stand out for their contribution to scientific and technological advancements in their respective fields.

Porous Materials for Environmental Sustainability (Mupomat Group)

The team led by Emilio Pardo Marín and Jesús Ferrando Soria will showcase hybrid metal-organic porous materials (MOFs) designed specifically to capture emerging water contaminants. PhotoSpinner: Accelerating Photochemistry (FUNIMAT Group)

On the other hand, Sergio Tatay Aguilar and Garin Escorcia Ariza will present the PhotoSpinner, a 3D-printed photoreactor designed to accelerate and reproduce the discovery of new photochemical reactions.
